For example, the framerate can sometimes max out at 30, 45, or 60 depending on how the game feels. THIS IS OKAY and let me tell you why. It's okay because the human eye can only see about 24 frames per second. Also, you cannot swim in this game, but who needs swimming? IT'S A HUNTING GAME.
